Russ Fitzpatrick began his real estate career in 1986 as an agent, quickly gaining recognition from Prudential and Re/Max. He later operated one of the top brokerages in South Florida, recognized as the highest-grossing office in EXIT Realty’s history. Over his 29-year career, Russ has closed more than 3,500 residential transactions and earned national rankings as a top power broker by RIS Media. With experience as an agent, broker, and franchisor, Russ now co-leads the AnnieMac Worx Platform, sharing his expertise with brokerages nationwide.
Kerry FitzpatrickÂ
Co-Founder
Kerry Fitzpatrick holds degrees in Education and Administration and initially worked as a first-grade teacher. She transitioned to real estate and created a renowned education-based brokerage in South Florida, growing it to over 500 agents. Kerry launched the online education platform Associate Worx, which gained popularity nationwide. Her system was adopted by major mortgage companies, helping build AnnieMac Home Mortgage’s realtor-centric culture across 32 states. Today, Kerry runs AnnieMac Worx, focused on empowering real estate professionals through education and best practices.
